Years ago, food quietly took over my life. What started as a simple desire to eat well, meal plan and stay healthy spiraled into cutting out entire food groups. I feared eating in social settings and obsessed over strict rules that left me depressed and full of regret whenever I “slipped”.

It got so bad that I ended up in the hospital. I was malnourished and had convinced myself I was doing everything “for my health”.

I don’t want anyone else to end up on that cold hospital path like I did. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help women break free from those punishing food rules, endless mental rollercoasters and binge eating cycles. Is this going to work for me?

The truth is, this program isn’t a one-size fits all approach (which is why a lot of your standard programs don’t work!) This framework is designed to give you practical and personalised tools to support your binge break up, paired with 1:1 undivided support and 24/7 messaging support.

If you're open to receiving support, guidance, and a non-diet approach this can absolutely work for you. And before you join, we’ll chat to make sure it’s the right fit for where you're at.

How much time is this going to add to my schedule?

Not as much as you think! I encourage you to spend at minimum 2 hours a week (mostly for the 1:1 call and check ins). But the content itself is self-paced which means you can do it in your own time and take anywhere between 3-6 months to complete. I’ve purposely put an extra 3 month buffer for those that are time poor.

And that’s okay! I have payment plans to ensure it can meet your financial needs.


I also encourage you to think about all the money you’ve put into health appointments. Not only money, but your time (as time is money!) thinking about everything or trying to help yourself but ending up at square 1 again. Hopefully this helps, as this program is purposeful designed to save you a lot of money in your future!

That’s scary! It can be really frustrating when something in the past hasn’t worked for you - it can be incredibly difficult to rebound. So taking another leap of faith requires energy and boldness.

This is why I’m a huge believer in personalisation, as the program may not have worked for you as it was a cookie cutter program. There’s a reason why I have included 1:1 sessions with me, as we can deep dive into your current situation and ensure that everything you’re learning applies directly to you.

How long do I have access to the program for?

6 months! You have intensive and personalised support for 12 weeks with a bonus 3 months of complete access to the content for continued support.

Do you offer refunds?

I don’t offer refunds, and here’s why. I want you to feel fully committed when you join. When there’s uncertainty or a safety net to back out, it can actually hold you back from showing up fully for yourself. That’s why, before you enrol, we make sure it’s the right fit for you and take the time to answer all your questions and concerns. That way, you can feel confident moving forward.

But if you join and feel like the timing isn’t right, we can push back the start date by 3 months to ensure you’re fully ready.
